- What are the visitation rules?
Normally, anyone can visit during normal operation hours (7:00 AM through 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday) so long as they're over 18. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, in order to keep our clients and staff safe, we can no longer allowing visitation.
- What if I need items dropped off?
We allow drop offs anytime during our normal operation hours so long as we are provided at least a two day notice beforehand.
- How are medications supplied?
If you take any medications please make sure to bring it with your or bring your prescription so that we can supply you medications. If your medications do not need a prescription, please tell us what you need so we can supply it as well. All medications are stored with our on-site medical technician and given out as needed.
- What's the transportation situation?
We provide any transportation that a client may need to and from appointments that are beneficial to their recovery medical, dental, court appointments, etc. If a client has their own vehicle (that is tagged, registered, and licensed in their name) then they may be able to bring the vehicle with them and keep it on the property. However, parking is extremely limited so this is only on a case-by-case basis.
- How will this program assist with my recovery?
While every client's journey is unique, we do provide some regular services that most clients find incredibly important. We get clients their legal IDs, birth certificates, and any other papers necessary for employment. We also assist clients in getting Medi-Cal insurance and connecting them with health and dental checkups. To ensure their emotional recovery we also provide one on one counseling with certified counselors as well as group counseling sessions and classes dealing with Parenting, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, and many more subjects.
